State Investment System
We developed the State Investment System (SIE), built on the design and modelling of the investment project life cycle. Its scope included a project bank, multi-year budgeting and programming tools, investment scenarios for decision-making, and a modifications module to manage changes to projects during execution.
Indicator dashboards
For the Guanajuato Ministry of Public Works we designed the methodologies and processing behind the road sector indicators — connectivity, user satisfaction, international roughness, accidents caused by road conditions — with a QlikView dashboard that feeds the Results Indicator Matrix directly.
