Government plans, urban development and territorial zoning, with a territorial, sectoral and long-term outlook.
We offer an integrated planning model with a territorial, sectoral and long-term outlook. We take part in drafting government plans, urban development and ecological zoning programmes, and in systems for monitoring, control and evaluation of public policy and investment projects.
Our approach combines technical clarity with a practical outlook, ensuring tools that are genuinely useful and applicable for the institutions making strategic decisions.
Citizen participation
We consider citizen participation indispensable when producing government plans. We convene working groups with residents, senior officials, council members and civil society organisations, applying techniques such as SWOT, the Logical Framework and Value Chains.
Representative work
Government Programme for San Felipe 2021–2024 and for the Municipality of Manuel Doblado 2018–2021, Guanajuato; Municipal Urban Development and Ecological Zoning Programme for Romita, Guanajuato; Municipal Development Plan for Técpan de Galeana, Guerrero 2015–2018; and the cycling mobility programme for San Francisco del Rincón.
